Job summary

Survey Solutions, a Birmingham-headquartered engineering surveyor, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing strategies across the UK construction sector. The role focuses on delivering targeted campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and collaboration with operations, sales, and business development teams.

You will craft content for web, social, press and media, manage campaign performance, and work with agencies. Right to work in the UK and a marketing-related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Marketing related field or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across UK construction sector.
• Increase sales inquiries (SQLs) through targeted marketing.
• Develop, manage and maintain multi-touch attribution and real-time customer journey mapping.
• Create long-form content for web, social, press and media channels to boost thought leadership.
• Enhance brand awareness through press coverage with national trade and industry outlets.
• Maximise return on marketing spend across channels.
