Job Description:

Our client is an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions for healthcare facilities worldwide. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to enhance their presence in the Irish Market and UK Long Term Care Accounts by supporting distributors through strategic initiatives, cross-selling activities, and daily key account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national business plan for Ireland, focusing on specific markets and product ranges by distributor to drive retention and growth aligned with B2B and VCI strategies.
  • Segment accounts to provide high-level management for strategic clients, involving senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with B2B teams and marketing to identify and develop new accounts and communicate crossover opportunities.
  • Meet individual KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, professionals, and stakeholders to grow business with both new and existing clients.
  • Utilize specialist product knowledge to communicate key messages and provide solution-focused sales.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Uphold the company's core values consistently.
  • Work closely with Customer Services and UK Commercial teams as essential support functions.
Candidate Requirements:
