Job summary

Blend is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead integrated demand generation for mid-market B2B clients. You will design and orchestrate programmes across AEO, paid, social, content and website strategy, while guiding brand messaging and content plans.

You’ll partner with creative teams and HubSpot specialists to drive measurable revenue outcomes. The role requires strong data analytics, client facilitation skills, and a track record in AI-enabled marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B strategy/planning within an agency environment.
• Strong data analysis with ability to extract insights from marketing and web analytics.
• Proven track record leading client presentations and workshops for non-technical audiences.
• Experience applying AI/automation to enhance workflows or digital performance.
• Comfortable navigating SEO/AEO tools (Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console) and paid media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate integrated demand generation programmes across channels (AEO, paid, social, content, events, website strategy).
• Advise clients on positioning, messaging and thought leadership; develop content marketing plans.
• Lead LinkedIn Ads strategy and organic social distribution; brief and align with creative teams.
