Optima Site Solutions Ltd is recruiting a motivated Field Sales Representative to win new business across a designated UK territory. You will meet clients face-to-face, build relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

Salary £32,000 - £50,000 DOE with uncapped commission, plus a company car or car allowance (£5,000). This permanent, full-time role offers clear targets and a supportive sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B field sales.
• Proven track record of generating and winning new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective B2B customers.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Manage opportunities through the CRM system.
• Negotiate and close new business contracts.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
