Black Cat Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to cover the Midlands and South West territory. You will drive new business, nurture customer relationships, and operate in a field-based role with travel across your territory.

The package includes £40,000 base salary per annum plus 3% monthly uncapped commission, company car, and 25 days' leave. Training provided; ideal for driven sales professionals expanding a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Track record of winning new business and reactivating customers.
• Willingness to travel across territory and manage own diary.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new B2B customers in the Midlands and South West.
• Win back lapsed customers and convert dormant accounts.
• Conduct face-to-face sales visits and present products.
• Generate meetings and manage your diary to maximise visits.
• Plan travel to maximise territory coverage and opportunities.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery to close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales progress.
