Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Account Manager for events near Hertford. You will own a portfolio of B2B events, build relationships with businesses, develop new opportunities, and manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to closing deals at the events.

The role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000+ and uncapped commission. Hybrid working, with two days per week from home, plus benefits and regular incentives.

• B2B sales experience with closing ability.
• Confident in developing new business and handling objections.
• Commitment to a long-term role with the company.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B events and manage relationships with client businesses.
• Develop new opportunities and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Meet clients at events and build long-term commercial relationships.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to meet targets.
