Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup seeks a B2B Deployment Executive in London with hybrid work arrangement. You will execute CSC strategy, manage relationships with field teams, retailers and a third-party Back Office provider, and oversee Power BI reporting, onboarding, incentives and controls across indirect channels in the UK market.

You will coordinate with Commercial Planning, Data Analytics and Field Force teams to ensure timely payments, robust reporting, and continuous process improvements, while

Responsibilities

• Understand key initiatives across indirect channel activities and Field Force regions; escalate to central team and follow up to resolution.
• Coordinate with Commercial Planning and Field Force on activities, support requirements for sales cycles, incentive and trade payments, and reporting.
• Coordinate Power BI requirements with Data Analytics; deploy reports in Power BI with third-party Back Office support.
• Establish SLAs for B2B Back Office and Admin team to deliver initiatives; monitor service metrics and retailer satisfaction.
• Manage relationship with third-party provider (Big Yellow) for Field Force lock-up locations and budgets.
• Handle budget, forecast, PO and invoice processing for third-party providers.
• Prepare and deliver training for B2B Back Office and Admin team members to provide support as single point of contact.
• Oversee non-automated retailer payments and incentives; perform SOX controls and report updates.
• Oversee REEV retailer onboardings; perform SOP controls and report updates.
• Review and refine processes to improve efficiency across B2B CSC, Commercial Planning, Data Analytics and Field Force.
• Own B2B CBO products: onboarding, escalation processes, incentive payments, REEV onboarding, Field Force insight reporting, REEV territory support, and vendor interactions.
• Coordinate onboarding, reporting, and REEV orchestration support; drive 2.0 and query management.
• Coordinate TPOSM/PPOSM deployment, new onboarding process management and controls, reporting and REEV orchestration.
