BBC Studios is seeking a B2B CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy and operations for Trade Marketing & Events. You will design, execute and optimise email campaigns, journeys and personalisation across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dotdigital.
You will partner with the Trade Marketing & Events teams to maximise commercial opportunities, manage delegate workflows, and act as the CRM SME for Trade.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £50,000 - £55,000 based on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Plus London Weighting Allowance of £5,441 The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The B2B CRM Manager role is essential in managing both the strategy and operational running of CRM for Trade Marketing & Customer Events. This entails delivering targeted email communications that build deeper relationships with our customers that maximises commercial opportunities for the business. In conjunction with our Trade Marketing & Events team, they’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the full events & customer engagement lifecycle (including marketing automation, journeys and personalisation). You’ll need to leverage various CRM technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud, Dot. Digital and Validity. You’ll also have an integral role in the successful running of the wider delegate management workflow, acting as the CRM SME for Trade.
