BBC Studios in London is seeking a Lead Digital Ad Operations professional to oversee end-to-end ad operations across EMEA, managing a London-based team of digital experts and traffickers supporting sales in London, Dubai, Paris and across Europe and MENA.
You will drive campaign delivery, optimization and operational excellence while partnering with Product, Technology, Sales and Compliance to ensure advertising activity meets business objectives.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £65,000–£75,000, plus a London Weighting allowance of £5,441, which is added on top of the base salary.

Lead Digital Ad Operations across EMEA, managing a London-based team of digital experts and traffickers supporting sales teams in London, Dubai, Paris and across Europe and MENA. You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, sales enablement, optimisation and operational excellence, while partnering across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and Compliance to ensure advertising activity is delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with business objectives.
Join a central team at the heart of BBC Studios’ digital advertising business, working closely with Product, Technology, Sales and commercial partners across EMEA. You’ll lead a technically skilled team, shape best practice, support new advertising products and help improve campaign performance and client delivery across a complex digital advertising environment.
