Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a high-energy B2B Brand Events & Ambassadors Manager to grow our reputation and physical presence across Europe’s salon network. You will own two programmes—events presence and a European network of salon ambassadors—driving visibility, trust, and new partner leads through our key partners.

You’ll translate complex logistics into scalable programmes, collaborating with Product, Tech, and local Sales/Marketing teams to land on-ground activation with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience, preferably in tech/marketplace/partner-led business.
• Proven delivery of events, trade shows or activations across multiple markets.
• Experience building ambassador or advocacy programs with measurable results.
• Delivery mindset: turn complex logistics into scalable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treatwell's events presence at trade fairs and industry events across Europe, from venue selection to lead follow-up with Sales.
• Design, launch and scale a network of salon partners who champion Treatwell and refer others.
• Turn partner stories into content, case studies and event moments with PR and marketing teams.
• Create playbooks and assets for local teams to run events and ambassador activity consistently.
• Define and track event and ambassador impact on leads, sign-ups, partners and retention.
