MPI Limited is seeking a skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join the Stansted operation on a permanent night shift. The role is based at Stansted Airport, Essex, with a 12-hour shift pattern starting at 19:00, offering strong earnings and premiums. Applicants must be UK-based and legally eligible to work in the UK.

You will work in a dynamic line maintenance environment, supporting multiple aircraft types and ensuring safe, compliant overnight service delivery.

Qualifications

• B1 licensed aircraft engineer with approvals on aircraft types.
• Experience with night shifts in a busy operation is preferred.
• Must be UK-based and eligible to work in the UK.

B1 Licensed Engineers (Nights)

MPI are looking for an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a busy operation at Stansted Airport on a permanent night shift basis.

This is a structured 5544 shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 11.5 hours paid), with shifts starting at 19:00, offering strong earning potential and excellent additional premiums.

You’ll be working in a dynamic line maintenance environment, supporting a range of modern aircraft types and ensuring safe, compliant and efficient aircraft service delivery overnight.

We are ideally looking for candidates with approvals on one or more of the following aircraft: Embraer Phenom 300 (EMB505), Praetor 500/600 (EMB545/550), EMB135/145, ERJ170/190, Bombardier Challenger 604/605, Bombardier Global 6000, Boeing 737NG.

Salary & benefits package:

• Approx. £63,000 base salary
• £5,000 shift allowance
• £9,000 night shift premium
• £8,000 dual licence bonus (if applicable)
• £1,750 per type rating
