Job summary

Procentia, award-winning pensions technology leader, is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to join the IT service desk and infrastructure team in the UK. You will focus on Azure-hosted environments, incident management and operational delivery, with opportunities to grow and develop.

You will manage Azure infrastructure, monitor performance, security controls and integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central and Azure DevOps to support IntelliSuite apps and SQL Server databases.

Qualifications

• Azure / Windows Server Administration: Proficiency in managing and maintaining Azure-hosted Windows server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Azure: Hands-on experience with provisioning and managing virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup, monitoring and related services.
• Azure Networking: Understanding TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs and security controls in Azure.
• Azure Native Services: Experience with monitoring, identity integration and alerting in Azure platform services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Azure-hosted IT infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, monitoring, backup and supporting platform services.
• Manage native Azure services to ensure performance, security, resilience and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services and resources across internal and client-facing Azure environments.
• Configure and support SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Business Central and Azure DevOps.
