Job summary
Add Some Zest is seeking an experienced Microsoft Specialist - Solutions Manager in Bristol, operating in a hybrid setup. You will lead a dedicated Cloud & AI team, drive Azure adoption, and work across sales, technology and alliance teams to execute go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
The role combines leadership, partner engagement and Azure expertise to deliver growth, manage profitability and shape the cloud solution portfolio for a broad partner base.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
- 5+ years leading a Cloud or Azure/technology sales/practice team.
- Proven ability to develop growth opportunities with partners/customers.
- Knowledge of Azure core services and related governance best practices.
- Experience with Defender, Sentinel, Entra and Purview is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and coach a team of Cloud & AI Platform specialists.
- Own growth targets across Azure and associated Cloud & AI solutions.
- Drive Azure adoption, cross-sell, pipeline growth and opportunity conversion.
- Develop programmes and initiatives to help partners take cloud solutions to market.
- Support sales teams on larger and more complex opportunities.
- Build relationships with Microsoft, partners and internal technology teams.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market and sales strategies.
- Monitor pipeline, sales activity and commercial performance.
- Manage margin, profitability and Azure consumption economics.
