Job summary

Pepper Advantage Group seeks a Platform Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of Prism products and supporting Azure infrastructure. This hands-on role will implement and optimize platform services, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for enterprise‑grade applications.

You will champion engineering excellence, work with cross‑functional teams, and apply Terraform IaC, Azure AD security, monitoring dashboards, and OpenTelemetry to build secure, resilient cloud

Qualifications

• 4+ years in agile system engineering, ideally in regulated FinTech or payments/banking.
• Excellent knowledge of Azure Cloud and security in Azure.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Strong advocate of CI/CD methodologies with Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience in secure, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of Azure infrastructure using best tools and practices.
• Design and configuration of CI/CD pipelines, containers, virtual networks, and monitoring dashboards.
• Design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for multi-tenant setups.
• Performance monitoring and optimization of Azure resources, including cost and performance advice.
• Implementation of governance policies: Azure AD, security, virtual networks, etc.
• Collaboration with development, test, and Scrum teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
