Job summary

Pepper Advantage Group is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of Prism products on Azure. You will design and optimize platform services, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for enterprise apps.

Lead DevSecOps and SRE initiatives, champion automation, and drive improvement with metrics-driven approaches while collaborating with product and regulatory teams across the UK. Location options include Uxbridge, Skipton or London.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering fast-paced agile systems engineering, ideally in regulated FinTech/payments/wealth.
• Proven track record building secure, resilient cloud infrastructure and automating pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with product, development, QA, and regulatory/compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure using appropriate tooling.
• Design and configure CI/CD pipelines, containers, virtual networks, and monitoring dashboards.
• Implement IaC for multi-tenant Azure environments.
• Optimize performance and cost of Azure resources.
• Apply governance policies (Azure AD, security, networking).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Embed DevSecOps and SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
• Drive metrics-led improvements using DORA and related gauges.
