Job summary
Lifeways Group is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst (3rd Line) focused on Azure and Microsoft 365 to join our IT team in a remote role. You’ll resolve issues, maintain systems, and support a modern hybrid environment, operating at an operational level rather than strategic design.

Qualifications
- 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support experience
- Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
- Comfortable explaining real examples of issues diagnosed and resolved
Responsibilities
- Acting as a technical escalation point for infrastructure issues
- Supporting Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) environments
- Troubleshooting across systems, cloud services, and basic networking
- Contributing to system stability, security, and incremental improvements
