Job summary

Aqualis Group in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced 3rd line IT support engineer to join our Group IT team. You will deliver complex technical support, maintain Azure-based infrastructure, and support Microsoft 365 services across global users.

The role requires hands-on AD/Azure AD, Windows OS, SharePoint, and Teams experience, plus strong problem-solving and documentation skills. A collaborative, security-conscious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification; relevant IT infrastructure, systems administration, or support qualifications would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based services.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
• Act as escalation point to ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects and document procedures.
