Job summary

Fruition Group in Glasgow is seeking a Cloud Platform Lead to design and build the Azure platform from the ground up. You will lead a new cloud capability and build a team around you to scale, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Service.

You'll own cloud migration, IaC and CI/CD adoption, set engineering standards for resilience, security and performance, and drive cost visibility. Hybrid work includes 3 days on site in Glasgow city centre.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Azure platform engineering experience.
• Delivery of cloud migration and modernisation programmes.
• Experience with Terraform/Bicep/ARM and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Azure platform with landing zones and reference architectures.
• Set engineering standards for resilience, security, scalability and performance.
• Lead cloud migration and modernisation, including hybrid integration with on-premise systems.
