Job summary

Capgemini’s Cloud Native Hyperscaler Azure team is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to drive enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes. You will design secure, scalable Azure platforms, lead engineering teams, and mentor engineers while embedding security and reliability into delivery.

This senior role emphasizes DevOps strategy, platform engineering excellence, and a hybrid-first working model across client environments in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure DevOps and Platform Engineering solutions.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and autoscaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of Azure DevOps pipelines and platform solutions.
• Define DevOps strategies and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
• Mentor DevOps and Platform Engineers across large delivery programmes.
• Drive DevSecOps integration across development and operations lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release velocity and reliability.
