Job summary

Giacom is seeking an experienced Azure leader to take ownership of our Cloud & AI Platforms Practice and shape the future of Microsoft's cloud technologies across our partner ecosystem.

This role combines deep Azure expertise with strong leadership, commercial insight, and the ability to influence go-to-market strategies. You will lead a team of Cloud & AI specialists, drive Azure adoption, and represent Giacom at key industry events.

Qualifications

• Deep Azure expertise with leadership experience.
• Strong architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience with compute, networking, storage, identity, security.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Data & Analytics, and cloud-native services.
• Commercial acumen including Azure consumption models.
• Proven leadership of technical/commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with Microsoft reps.
• Certifications AZ-700/AZ-800 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Cloud & AI specialists and presales professionals.
• Own the Azure practice and align technical work with commercial strategy.
• Drive adoption and growth of Azure across partner community.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to maximise opportunities.
• Shape go-to-market plans with Product, Sales, Marketing and Alliances.
• Provide technical guidance and commercial insight on opportunities.
• Build business cases, estimates and growth plans for Azure.
• Represent Giacom at events as a subject matter expert.
• Monitor performance against growth, pipeline and revenue goals.
