Job summary

Kyndryl seeks an AWS Customer Technology Adviser to drive business-led cloud solutions and strategic opportunities across AWS platforms. You will evangelize end‑to‑end AWS capabilities, translate technology into business value, and influence senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes pre‑sales leadership, cross‑practice collaboration, and representing Kyndryl at AWS events and forums with a strong focus on transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AWS CAF, Well-Architected, MAP to cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of AWS tools like Migration Evaluator & Control Tower.
• Familiarity with data/AI services for business transformation.
• Deep AWS domain knowledge across Bedrock, Transform, Cloud Native, Sovereign Cloud, Security, Data & AI.
• Proven ability translating AWS capabilities into customer propositions.
• Strong consultative selling in complex enterprise environments.
• Go-to-market and deal shaping experience with AWS.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to influence executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing engagements to identify business and technical requirements, shaping tailored AWS-based solutions.
• Deliver high-impact demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes that articulate the value of AWS capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to co-create joint solutions and drive go-to-market plays.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, compliance verification, and proposal development.
• Align with AWS sales and partner engagement structures to drive joint opportunities.
• Represent Kyndryl at AWS events, forums, whitepapers, and blog creation to reinforce credibility.
