Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced AWS Platform Engineer: Developer to join our Solutions & AI Lab (SAIL) practice. The role focuses on building and evolving CI/CD pipelines for data analytics platforms and modern web applications in the cloud, with emphasis on security, HA, DR and scalable architectures.

You will write IaC, automate deployments, and drive best practices in Cloud & DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on delivery of DevOps, platform engineering, solution design and cloud architecture & development.
• Experience in designing, architecting and deploying CI/CD for modern data analytics platforms and modern web applications in the cloud.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating deployment using industry-standard tools and services.
• Experience in security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery and monitoring of cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, deploy, and evolve CI/CD systems for cloud-based data analytics platforms and modern Web apps.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automate deployment.
• Scale the platform engineering toolchain and services to support accelerators and automation.
• Define monitoring, logging and alerting strategies and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
