Responsible for implementing and supporting improvements, efficiency, enhancing software quality, and accelerate delivery times. Having the shared responsibility between development/operations with a focus on people, process, tolls that take a unified customer/user focus. In a multi-disciplinary team with Development, QA, IT Operations, Infosec, UCD etc. all working together to achieve a common goal of applying best practice in DevOps.

• Communication: Able to speak to stakeholders and be able to transfer business requirements into technical implementation
• Facilitate information/business knowledge: Able to act as a business SME and understand what the business needs and how to support this into an efficient DevOps team.
• Stakeholder Management: Able to negotiate and influence with stakeholders to ensure the service runs effectively and efforts are placed correctly.

• Experience of DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation 2+ Years as a DevOps Engineer Strong knowledge in AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance Practical experience using Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm Extensive experience of cloud computing, and best practices/emerging technologies Experienced with multiple eco-system databases, architecture and integration Experience with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Kubernetes & Helm: Strong understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes and package management using Helm.
• Cloud Services (AWS): Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of tools like Terraform.
• Must have willingness to travel
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance
