B4B Payments - A Banking Circle Group Company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape a modern cloud platform and payments infrastructure within a regulated fintech environment.

You will own cloud infrastructure, drive AI-assisted engineering adoption, and design IaC, CI/CD pipelines and secure, highly available systems in production.

Formación

• Significant experience in a Senior DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Deep expertise in public cloud infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Strong Kubernetes and containerisation experience.
• Proven ability to design and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience collaborating with software engineers to improve velocity.
• Desirable: PCI-DSS, SOC2 or similar regulatory frameworks in fintech/payments.

We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of our cloud platform and payments infrastructure. Working within a highly regulated fintech environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, resilient and highly automated.

Требования:

• Genuine, demonstrated enthusiasm for AI-assisted engineering - daily use of tools like Claude Code, Copilot or equivalent as a core part of how you work, not a checkbox. This is not a role for someone skeptical of AI tooling or resistant to changing how they work
• Significant experience in a Senior DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Deep expertise in public cloud infrastructure
• Strong Kubernetes and containerisation experience
• Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of networking, security and cloud architecture
• Track record of improving reliability, scalability and operational performance
• Ability to work closely with development teams to improve engineering velocity
