Amazon in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Content Specialist to support the execution of content strategies across the customer journey. You will help maintain calendars, audits, and coordination of content creation while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Under guidance from senior strategists, you will apply messaging hierarchy to deliver education, engagement, and empowerment to customers across channels, formats, and touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.
• Experience designing and launching successful email engagement programs.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of content strategies aligned with AWS goals and target audiences.
• Assist with audience and content audits to inform strategy.
• Help maintain content calendars and information architecture.
• Coordinate content creation across various formats (blogs, infographics, videos) under guidance.
• Apply SEO best practices and support multi-platform distribution.
• Compile performance metrics and surface observations for review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across execution touchpoints.
• Help ensure brand and messaging consistency across all content.
• Apply formats based on persona to support engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty.
