Job summary

Centrica is seeking an experienced AWS/Connect engineer to join our Channel Platforms team in a UK-based hybrid role, with occasional site travel. You will design, build and support customer journeys in Amazon Connect and related AWS services.

You will mentor alongside senior engineers and grow into more advanced platform and AI work, while contributing to CI/CD, Terraform, and analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Proficiency with Python and Terraform.
• Experience with CRM integration and contact centre concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contact flows, routing profiles and queues in Amazon Connect across channels.
• Write and support Lambda functions connecting contact centre to CRM, billing and identity systems.
• Contribute to Terraform codebase and CI/CD pipelines to reach production safely.
