Job summary

Newcastle City Council is seeking two proactive ICT AWS Analysts to design, develop, configure, implement, maintain and support cloud-based solutions and contact centre services using AWS and related technologies. You will focus on Amazon Connect, application development, systems integration and automation to enhance customer experience.

You will work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS, SQS and DynamoDB, delivering secure, scalable solutions and supporting project

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Experience with contact centre technologies and services.
• Familiarity with automation, integration, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, implement, maintain and support cloud-based solutions and contact centre services using AWS and related technologies.
• Contribute to delivery of digital services supporting strategic objectives with AWS services.
• Provide specialist support for AWS, Amazon Connect and related technologies to monitor, troubleshoot and improve services.
