Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Tech Delivery Manager to lead cloud and DevOps delivery focused on AWS. This remote role involves coordinating cloud-native service delivery, ensuring secure, scalable architectures, and guiding CI/CD and IaC practices within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include roadmap delivery, risk management, and effective communication with product leads, architects, and platform users. AWS skills, certifications, and a delivery-methodology background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience in a cloud environment (AWS)
• Strong AWS fundamentals: IAM, VPC, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience in a single multi-disciplinary agile team
• Ability to manage a product backlog, delivery plans, risks and dependencies
• Strong communication skills translating technical to non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: AWS certifications, Kubernetes/EKS, serverless patterns
• Understanding of SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets) and operational excellence
• Participation in platform engineering or DevOps communities of practice
• Essential: delivery methodology certification (Scrum, Kanban) and proven technical delivery experience
• Desirable: AWS and DevOps certifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing delivery of platform capabilities on AWS, ensuring secure, scalable, well-architected solutions
• Coordinating technical planning and roadmap delivery within the product team
• Ensuring cloud infrastructure, deployments and environments are managed and maintained
• Championing DevOps practices including CI/CD, observability, automation, IaC and shift-left testing
• Supporting the team to mature the build-run-improve cycle including release automation, incident response, monitoring and alerts
• Improving IaC standards (Terraform/CloudFormation), runbooks, and deployment pipelines
• Maintaining delivery plans, sprint goals and release schedules for a long-lived product team
• Managing risks, issues, blockers and dependencies related to the platform
• Ensuring platform changes meet agreed quality, security and operational controls
• Acting as the main delivery contact point for stakeholders including product leads, architects and owners
• Translating technical information into clear delivery decisions and progress updates
• Collaborating with adjacent teams where cross-cutting decisions or approvals are required
