Job summary

GIC Private Limited in London is seeking an AVP/VP to join the Global Trading Unit. You will partner with portfolio management to manage execution risks and implement investment views across EMEA equities, using both voice and electronic execution.

You'll work with the ARU and Technology Group to improve trading tools, build relationships with counterparties, and deliver smart execution and market intelligence in a hybrid London office (4 days in, 1 day WFH).

Qualifications

• Experience trading in EMEA equity markets, Delta One is a plus.
• Proficient in Python programming; data insight skills valued.
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail.
• Pleasant, dynamic, self-motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with portfolio management teams to manage execution risks.
• Synthesize market themes and insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ARU and TG to leverage trading data and enhance GTU tech.
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparties and liquidity providers.
