Job summary

AirX Jet Support is recruiting a Stores Controller to oversee receipt, handling and issuing of aircraft parts, tooling and materials for line and base maintenance at the London Stansted hangar.

The role supports the Production and Technical Support teams to optimise maintenance readiness, cost efficiency and on-time delivery. The position involves 5-5-4 rotating shifts and compliance with MOE and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Part 145 MRO environment focusing on stores/logistics.
• Knowledge of aircraft parts documentation and export/import regulations.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming aircraft parts, tooling and materials.
• Store parts and ensure proper segregation of serviceable/unserviceable/quarantine items.
• Issue parts against work orders and document traceability.
• Coordinate packaging and shipment for vendors, overhaul shops or stations.
• Maintain tool calibration, serviceability and logging of certificates.
• Support compliance audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
