Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd is seeking a Safety & Technical Assurance Manager to lead safety and airworthiness across a busy site. You will work with our customer, supply chain and operational delivery teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role emphasises data-driven risk assessment, strong communication and independent technical support to on-site teams. A background in Aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul or Continuing Airworthiness Management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul or Continuing Airworthiness Management within a management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to assess safety risks using data and drive mitigations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.

• Ensure safety of operations across site and drive enterprise safety culture.
• Manage operational risk, ensuring it is understood, documented and mitigated.
• Provide independent safety and technical support to on-site teams and projects.
