Morson Group is seeking a Systems Safety Manager in the United Kingdom to lead safety activities across the ISANKE and IC TDP programmes. You will provide expert safety advice to the SDA and ensure adherence to safety plans, driving hazard analyses and requirement flow-down across multiple teams.

You will review subsystem and aircraft-level safety analyses, document integrated safety assessments, and present findings at design reviews. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience of safety analysis of complex systems in a safety-critical industry.
• Experience across a number of engineering lifecycle phases.
• Experience in leading and delivering a safety work package across multiple teams.
• Experience with ARP4754B, ARP4761A, RTCA DO-254, or DO-178C (not essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders of varying seniorities.
• A passion for promoting and improving safety culture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist safety advice to the SDA to support product safety authorization.
• Ensure safety activities follow the safety management plan and analyses are complete and correct.
• Identify and analyse intrinsic hazards with mitigation to ALARP for ISANKE and IC TDP systems.
• Identify and analyse functional hazards with mitigation to ALARP for ISANKE and IC TDP systems.
• Elicit ISANKE and IC TDP safety requirements and flow these down appropriately.
• Review subsystem safety analyses and incorporate outcomes into integrated ISANKE/IC analyses.
• Review aircraft level safety analysis and ensure alignment with ISANKE/IC TDP safety analyses.
• Document the integrated ISANKE and IC TDP Systems safety assessment as described in the safety management plan.
• Present a summary of the integrated ISANKE and IC TDP safety assessment at design reviews.
