Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft load sheets and load plans using SABLE.
• Oversee safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Coordinate with handling agents, airport authorities, network teams and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate container allocations and aircraft ground handling activities.
• Arrange fuelling and de-icing activities where required.
• Prepare flight plans and operational documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with Network Control Groups and stakeholders.
• Produce operational reports and ensure accurate flight messaging.
• Conduct Dangerous Goods checks and support compliance activities.
• Coordinate crew transport and operational support requirements.
• Support Ramp, Sort and Warehouse operations as required.
• Undertake supervisory responsibilities across operational areas when needed.
• Ensure adherence to GSOP and regulatory standards.
