Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and motivate a team to meet workshop targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Production Plan and allocate work on shifts.
• Support performance management and annual appraisals for technicians and specialists.
• Liaise with customers and support departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
