Draken in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Planning & Control Lead to steer the PP&C function for aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

You will lead a team of planners, coordinate with CAMO, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain to deliver on time and within budget while complying with UK CAA/EASA MOE requirements and safety standards.

Formación

• Extensive experience in aviation PP&C leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK CAA, UK military, EASA and FAA regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a safety-critical environment.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain SC-level security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PP&C function in compliance with UK CAA/EASA MOE.
• Deliver maintenance schedules issued by CAMO through effective planning and control.
• Create and manage work orders, checks, and documentation for maintenance and storage activities.
• Develop detailed base maintenance input plans and report progress to keep inputs on schedule.
• Plan resource hours and specialist trade requirements for safe, on-time maintenance.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure parts availability.
