Job summary

Babcock Gloucestershire Airport, Staverton, is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner to support base maintenance for Airbus EC135 and H145 helicopter fleets. The role interfaces CAMO, Engineering, Logistics and Operations to ensure maintenance inputs are fully planned and resourced for execution.

You're expected to develop plans for scheduled and unscheduled activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and monitor progress to keep aircraft availability for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning or production planning.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and engineering resource planning.
• Experience preparing and controlling maintenance work packages.
• Experience using RAMCO, AMOS, Rusada or equivalent maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
• Convert CAMO maintenance requirements into executable maintenance work packages.
• Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, materials and specialist resources required for maintenance inputs.
• Monitor maintenance progress and support recovery planning where schedules are at risk.
• Coordinate the embodiment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Repairs and Modifications.
• Work closely with CAMO, Stores, Logistics and Operations to optimise aircraft availability.
