DCS Engineering in Bournemouth seeks an experienced Production Planning & Control Lead to drive PP&C in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will lead a team, ensuring safe, on-time maintenance delivery while coordinating with CAMO, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

You will manage planning systems, resources and schedules, maintain MOE compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in aviation PP&C role
• Expert knowledge of aviation PP&C principles
• Knowledge of UK/CAA, UK military, EASA and FAA regs
• Understanding of Safety Management System in aviation
• Part 66 Licence or Aerospace degree or Aviation apprenticeship
• PP&C leadership and resource management
• Strong leadership and time-management skills
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• ISO 9001/ISO 45001/ISO 14001/ISO 27001 familiarity in aviation

Responsabilidades

• Lead PP&C with compliance to UK CAA/MAA/EASA MOE
• Deliver CAMO-maintained maintenance schedule
• Create/manage work orders, checks and documentation
• Develop base maintenance input plans with progress reviews
• Plan resource hours and trade requirements
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain
• Manage production planning system and resources
• Collaborate with Engineering Delivery Manager to optimise availability
• Record time in CCPM tool and use data for improvements
• Report unsafe conditions to support Safety Management System
• Lead audit non-conformances and CAPA actions
• Develop PP&C personnel through coaching and training
• Foster safety, compliance and operational excellence
• Drive succession planning and capability building
• Ensure on-time, on-budget PP&C delivery and stakeholder relations
