Pula Aviation Services Limited is seeking a Planning & Technical Services Administrator at London Oxford Airport. In this full-time role, you will support the Technical Services and Planning team in the coordination of aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or coordination experience is essential; experience within a technical or aviation environment is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A willingness to learn about aircraft maintenance planning and technical records management.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Services and Planning team with coordination and administration.
• Assist with creation and management of maintenance work packs.
• Maintain aircraft records and technical documentation.
