Job summary

Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a Technical Services Engineer for a leading aviation client in Southeast England. The role oversees quotations, develops detailed work packs and provides maintenance support, while handling key admin duties and contributing to project planning and execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with maintenance teams and OEM technical groups, ensuring accurate records, timely responses to customers and effective liaison with the commercial

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Part-M/Part-145 environment.
• Experience communicating with customers, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with methodical planning and strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotations in a timely manner.
• Oversee creation and readiness of work packs prior to maintenance input.
• Manage administrative closure of work packs and return to customer.
• Support maintenance planning activities and identify milestones and critical paths.
• Liaise with OEM technical teams and provide technical support to maintenance staff.
• Promote warranty programmes and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting in CAMP or equivalent system.
• Support the Commercial Department for customer service interface.
