Job summary

Network Aviation Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Officer to join our flight operations team. You will provide 24/7 cover for operational directions, plan flights, and coordinate with operators, handling agents, fuellers and other parties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires experience in aviation operations or freight forwarding, knowledge of flight programs and procedures, and a proactive, customer‑facing approach.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding or cargo airline experience required.
• Experience in aviation operations environment preferred.
• Knowledge of flight/aviation programs/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 cover for all operational directions and queries.
• Fully understand mission requirements and set up flights as required.
• Coordinate and confirm flights with operator and other parties (handling agents, fuellers, customs, immigration).
• Apply for landing and overflight permissions and monitor flight progress.
• Identify recovery plans and escalate when needed; implement delays/AOG recovery.
• Record flight logs and contribute to procedures and documents.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service to solve flight problems.
