Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior Material Supplier at our Line Station in Gatwick to manage material flow, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching, plus procurement of spare parts and line materials. You will operate AMOS and coordinate with maintenance and external partners.

You will handle supplier communications, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure SLA targets are met while complying with safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Aviation background or equivalent in supply chain stores/procurement.
• Experience with materials handling, purchasing, invoicing and inventory control.
• Familiarity with AMOS or similar engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties such as manual handling, receiving, storing, shipping and controlling.
• Operational logistics support, procurement of aircraft spare parts and line materials.
• Monitoring task progress and delivering within agreed timescales/budgets.
• Produce AMOS orders in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures.
• Challenge inappropriate or unapproved material requests.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a shift handover log and liaise with other departments.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.
• Ensure loans and exchanges are managed and surplus minimized.
• Operate company vehicles and forklift.
