Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner to join our aviation team at Gloucestershire Airport (Staverton), near Cheltenham, UK. You will plan and deliver base maintenance across Airbus EC135 and H145 helicopter fleets, interfacing with CAMO, Engineering, Logistics and Operations.

The role emphasizes ensuring inputs are planned, resourced and ready for execution, contributing to aircraft availability for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of CAMO processes and maintenance work packages.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Convert CAMO maintenance requirements into executable work packages.
• Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, materials and specialist resources for maintenance inputs.
• Monitor maintenance progress and support recovery planning where schedules are at risk.
• Coordinate the embodiment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Repairs and Modifications.
• Work with CAMO, Stores, Logistics, Operations and Maintenance Delivery teams to optimise aircraft availability.
