Job summary

Peterson Logistics, Aberdeen Control Tower-based role, is seeking an Aviation Logistics Coordinator. The position involves coordinating offshore personnel bookings, verifying certification compliance, and managing travel approvals.

You will prepare flight schedules, reports, and monthly statistics, liaising with third-party contractors and offshore assets, with on-call support for emergencies. The role requires shift work on a rotational basis, including on-call coverage, and preference is given

An opportunity has arisen for an Aviation Logistics Coordinator who will coordinate offshore personnel booking using Client systems, verify certification compliance and manage travel approvals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing flight schedules, reports and monthly statics for our Client. They will liase with 3rd party contractors and offshore assets, providing support during operational delays.
Previous aviation knowledge and experience is advantageous as is good time management and the ability to prioritise a busy and often conflicting workload.

The role is working for a client based at our Aberdeen Control Tower, it involves shift work on a rotational basis and requires on-call cover including emergency response support.
