Job summary

Peterson, Aberdeen-based in-auditing/logistics provider, seeks an Aviation Logistics Coordinator to coordinate offshore personnel bookings, verify certifications and manage travel approvals. You will prepare flight schedules, generate reports and liaise with third-party contractors and offshore assets, supporting delays and emergency response on a shift basis.

The role is based at Aberdeen Control Tower with on-call duties.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an Aviation Logistics Coordinator who will coordinate offshore personnel booking using Client systems, verify certification compliance and manage travel approvals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing flight schedules, reports and monthly statics for our Client. They will liase with 3rd party contractors and offshore assets, providing support during operational delays.
Previous aviation knowledge and experience is advantageous as is good time management and the ability to prioritise a busy and often conflicting workload.

The role is working for a client based at our Aberdeen Control Tower, it involves shift work on a rotational basis and requires on-call cover including emergency response support.
