TUI Airways is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Industrial Relations to lead union relationships, collective bargaining, and employee relations within the AOC, while driving cross-border HR initiatives and transformational change.

You will partner with local management, manage negotiations, and ensure legal compliance to keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of industrial relations experience.
• Experience with employee representative bodies.
• Proven collective bargaining and negotiations experience.
• Aviation sector experience and knowledge of local labour law.

Aufgaben

• Build effective union and works council relationships, manage day-to-day industrial and employee relations topics for TUI Airways.
• Lead collective bargaining processes under guidance of Head of HR.
• Advise local management on strategic IR and HR matters to support informed decisions.
• Lead negotiation, implementation and monitoring of collective agreements and policies.
• Drive cross-border change initiatives with proper consultation with employee representatives.
• Share local IR insights with global HR/IR community across TUI Airline.
