Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Heathrow is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to drive a proactive safety culture within the BACC operation at Heathrow Airport. In this role you will influence safe ways of working, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.

You will analyse safety performance data, lead investigations, audits and risk assessments, and collaborate with operational teams, customers and airport stakeholders to deliver safety

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience analysing safety data to drive improvements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading teams or coaching others in safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety colleagues and operational teams to achieve safety objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.
• Implement and maintain the site's Safety Management System (SMS) in line with aviation regulations.
• Analyse safety performance data, identify trends, and plan improvements.
• Conduct incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform audits, inspections and risk assessments across operations.
