Job summary
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Business Partner to influence safety across our Ground Handling operations for major airline customers such as easyJet, Air France and SAS. You will lead aviation safety strategy, drive compliance with regulations, and champion a proactive safety culture, with regional travel as required.

Qualifications
- Proven people leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in aviation safety or similar operations.
- Experience with incident investigations and safety regimes.
- Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead aviation safety agenda across Ground Handling operations for airline partners.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and implement Ground Handling Regulations.
- Develop and improve the SMS, driving standardisation across operations.
- Promote a Just Safety Culture and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership to Health & Safety teams and engage with customers/regulators.
- Lead investigations and embed lessons learned across the operation.
- Advise senior leaders to improve safety standards and drive best practice.
