DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Business Partner to lead aviation safety across Ground Handling operations, partnering with easyJet, Air France and SAS. Qualifications

• Proven safety professional with aviation or ground handling experience.
• Experience implementing Safety Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the aviation safety agenda across Ground Handling operations for major airline customers.
• Ensure compliance with aviation and safety regulations and develop Ground Handling Regulations.
• Develop and enhance the SMS; drive standardisation.
• Champion a proactive Just Safety Culture.
• Provide direct leadership to Health & Safety teams.
• Build partnerships with customers, regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead incident investigations and embed lessons learned.
• Influence senior leaders to improve safety standards.
• Drive best practice and operational excellence in the aviation portfolio.
