Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join its engines team. You will oversee the engine portfolio’s commercial and technical aspects, balance acquisition opportunities with asset performance, and liaise with customers and MRO providers to uncover opportunities.

The role combines technical oversight with commercial decision-making and requires travel within the EU as needed. This is a dynamic, customer-facing position within the aviation assets domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine leasing or aviation asset management.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities focusing on asset performance.
• Willingness to travel within the EU as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial and technical management of an engine portfolio across its lifecycle.
• Assess engine acquisition opportunities and contribute to investment analyses.
• Build relationships with customers, MROs and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on maintenance, shop visits and lease events.
