Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a proactive professional to lead its aviation asset performance business in the UK and internationally. You will drive client engagement, develop strategic plans, and guide project execution across multidisciplinary teams to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in winning and serving clients on major projects with strong technical expertise.
• Experience with asset performance and aviation markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO55001 and asset management principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the asset performance business within the Aviation Market.
• Win and deliver projects through strategic planning and client relationships.
• Develop project work plans and review schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and pursue opportunities, pursue new client engagements, and maintain contacts with prospects.
• Collaborate with clients, supply chain and AtkinsRéalis teams to deliver outcomes.
• Ensure communication clarity and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Support talent development within the team and broader organisation.
